Sport & Fitness

Sports & games

Getting active is at the heart of the Keystone Centre. From football and team games to informal sport and fitness, our sessions help young people stay healthy, build teamwork and burn off energy in a safe, supervised environment.

  • Football and team sports
  • Games and physical activities
  • Teamwork, fitness and fun
  • Open to all abilities

Outcome: Healthier, more confident young people who learn to work as a team.

Creative Arts

Arts & creativity

Creativity helps young people express themselves and discover new talents. Our arts and craft sessions give young people the space, materials and encouragement to create, imagine and take pride in what they make.

  • Art, craft and creative projects
  • Space to express and experiment
  • Building confidence through creativity
  • Celebrating every young person's talents

Outcome: Young people gain confidence, self-expression and a sense of achievement.

Mentoring & Support

Mentoring & support

Sometimes what makes the biggest difference is having someone who listens. Our trusted volunteers offer friendly guidance, encouragement and a listening ear, supporting young people through the ups and downs of growing up.

  • Caring, trusted adult support
  • A safe space to talk and be heard
  • Encouragement and positive role models
  • Help to build resilience and confidence

Outcome: Young people feel supported, valued and better equipped for the future.

Social & Belonging

A place to belong

Above all, the Keystone Centre is somewhere to belong. Our social sessions — games, music, pool and simply hanging out with friends — give young people a safe, welcoming place to spend their time and build lasting friendships.

  • Games, music and relaxed social time
  • Somewhere safe to spend time with friends
  • A welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  • Friendships that last

Outcome: Less isolation, stronger friendships and a real sense of belonging.
